Cricut Circle Monthly Challenge

A birthday Banner

Getting Cricky with Memory Miser

Hello,
I saw these challenges at PKS, SEI with Abby and Fantabulous Cricut and I wanted to enter.

I have never made a card like this and I had so much fun making it!! I hope you all enjoy it!!!!

The cartridge I used is Twinkle toes and the gypsy battery was dead so I could not use my PKS face for the dancer but I fit one in on the little banner at the bottom.

I used my Pink By Design sentiments too.

FIF #12 - FOREVER YOUNG

It is so funny but I had originally planned out so much more for this but my son told me he had a birthday party for his friends sister 1 hour before the party and he wanted to go. By this time I already had company over and I was in the middle of something. I had no time for a run to the store so I decided to make this really quick. I made the plaque and the card to match. I also did not have time to take the pictures I needed so I just used the cell to snap really quick photos so I am sorry about the quality of the pictures. I am actually quiet proud of myself because this whole process took me less than 30 minutes!!! WOW, does not happen too often for me!!

I might not have it anymore but I am going to post it into the Flaunt It Friday challenge #12

I have always been a fan of Hello Kitty and when I thought of this hop I immediatly thought of my special little kitty. I used my Hello Kitty Font cartridge for this and made the cuts at 4 1/4. I also used my scrappy moms sentiment. The background paper is actually from Walmart but I think its cute.

I did not add any photos because I gave this to my friend as a birthday gift.

My friend likes 2 page LO's so I made this to go with it. I wish you could see the great sanding effects on the coordinations cardstock but I had to cover some of it up!

Valentine things I made this weekend

I was feeling crafty!!! I had a day of scrapping planned with a friend of mine for her birthday and I was so excited that I could not sleep because she had been out of town and I have been scrapping alone for too long it feels like...so these are a few of the many things I created in a day while sitting on the dining room floor so that I could be with all four of my kids at the same time, FUN!!!

I also made the Expression card from the previous post and a two page LO that I will be posting next!

Just for Him Valentine's Day Blog Hop

This hop starts with Holly and you should be coming to me from Lori if not then head on over to Holly so you can see all the great ideas for HIM!!

I thought this was such a cute idea because the men normally are the ones required to give for Valentine's but in this case we are making for him instead. I have a number of things I am working on for my Mr. Right but I thought these images were so cute.

I used my New Pink By Design spanish stamps and also my new Chore chart and Nifty Fifties for the card.

KinderStampo's My Vintage Valentine Blog Hop

Hello, thanks for stopping by and you should have arrived from Jill and if you did then you are in the right place but if not then please start from the beginning with KinderStampO herself because I would not want you to miss any of the wonderful projects and techniques.

For this hop we needed to make something for Valentine that was vintage. I had so many ideas but I wanted to do something different. I am happy with the way it came out. I painted the wooden container with a few layers of black and red paint and then I used Tim Holtz crackle for a drama and I hope that the photos give it justice because in person it looks so cool.

I used Ornamental Iron for the from and back, some prima flowers and lot and lots of pearls.

I wanted to use this envelope and stamp from Sweethearts so I made it stand out of the box.

I used lots of Tattered Angels Glimmermist too but I am not sure if you can see the shine well enough

This is one of the sides, can you see the paint effects?

I know the back is not the focal point but once the candy is gone this can be used for other things so I decorated the back too. Here you can really see the crackle

The right side of the front and the layers of paint really show through here, YAY!!!
